PARQ Creates Green Cities, Smart and Connected
An ecocity is a city built from the principles of living in a meaningful environment. The ultimate goal of many ecocity is to eliminate all carbon waste or zero carbon cities to produce energy entirely through renewable resources and to combine cities harmoniously with the natural environment, but eco -cities also have the intention to stimulate economic growth, reduce poverty, use higher population densities and therefore gain higher efficiency and improve health.
Best described as a loose association of cities that focus on sustainability, the emerging green city movement includes thousands of urban areas around the world, all struggling to reduce their environmental impact by reducing waste, expanding recycling, reducing emissions, increasing housing density while expand the opening of space and encourage the development of sustainable local businesses.
As is often the case with government and municipal projects, the development of Smart City is hindered by an uncoordinated approach and lack of proper funding. Even the most willing policy makers and city officials face repeated obstacles and as a result we see company companies individual technology scrambles scraps without successfully creating a solution that makes a lasting difference.
Parksen is an easily adopted Platform Green, Smart and Connected City that can be accessed through the public API and runs entirely at existing Parksen Parking Cloud. By utilizing Ethereum Blockchain and our own PARQ Utility Tokens, we will offer a variety of smart solutions and contracts that will directly benefiting various stakeholders in metropolitan cities and small city cities.
We aim to use open and universal ledgers to record and map data that will give us an idea of the main points in urban areas. With this information we can continue to increase traffic flow and reduce carbon monoxide emissions and congestion, when replacing and updating obsolete technology and invest in smart parking solutions through IoT devices or the Internet of Things, green field equipment, parking applications at any time and universal dashboards.

We receive a 5% kickback fee for all parking transactions that are activated by our cloud-based SAAS solution and by distributing cheap and smart IoT devices and free platforms for commercial parking providers and local, regional and national governments, we aim to disrupt the 100 billion industry dollar.
Working in an industry that is valued at more than $ 100 billion per year, we know that companies that can lead in digital infrastructure, while providing smart and safe services through blockchain, will be at the forefront of the 4th industrial revolution.
Parksen is aware of the fact that these cities need a different approach, which is why they have made several trips to explore the political and economic landscape of the cities they want to approach for initial pilot projects. From China to the European Parliament, proper research on the wishes and needs of these big cities are one of our top priorities.
Parksen believes the answer lies largely in private public partnerships. The cost of the Smart City pilot project will be covered in large part by our large Smart City Fund, which contains about 25% of the total ICO proceeds. With this money, interested cities that have no road to start a pilot project can start working on infrastructure improvements immediately, without having to go through endless grant applications.
