HISTORY OF THE COMPANY

The OutCloud system was initially developed exclusively for use in private investigators to securely send case-related materials to customers, often containing large video, document, audio and image files. Other file-sharing services available at the time were associated with serious security concerns and lacked any kind of presentation. Existing file-sharing services also required the recipient to download files one at a time before they could even be viewed, and users had to give them many invasive permissions to even use their system. This simply was not an acceptable way to do business properly in this specific industry.

The problem was then identified and a solution was soon developed by Matt D. Ballard, who partnered with web developer Robert Keddie. Together, they created a prototype system and called it MyCaseViewer.com (MCV), which has been operating successfully since 2013. (MCV) has so far served only the private investigative industry. The (MCV) system has evolved significantly in recent years by receiving customer feedback and implementing numerous product enhancements.

It was not long before it was realized that with minimal changes and product improvements (MCV) to the global community, the same superior file-sharing and presentation delivery could be offered as it is currently enjoyed by the private investigative industry. The team was expanded to include additional program developers, marketing staff and business consultants, then work began on the enhanced version of (MCV) with the intention of becoming a fully decentralized version that has been migrated to a more globalized market. The public version of MyCaseViewer has been completed and called OutoftheCloud.com (OOTC). OutCloud Systems, Inc. has now developed a way to deliver multimedia file presentations in ways that are not dependent on cloud computing or long-term storage of files. At the moment, our system just jumps into the cloud and back out of the cloud just long enough for the presentation to be delivered and the recipients to view and / or download the files they want. At some point in the near future, we want to move 100% off cloud storage and consider block-chain technology as a possible roadmap to achieving that goal.
